📋 Description

• Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs • Present our services confidently, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions accordingly • Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding • Maintain communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations • Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts • Handle administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements • Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English — both written and spoken • Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable • Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy • University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field • Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles • Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role • Skilled in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accounts • Proven success in managing the full client journey — from initial lead to long-term care • Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time
