• Review proposed builds for businesses that have been audited • Assess the feasibility of each proposed solution and provide a scope on the estimated effort, timeline, and requirements. • Build approved solutions such as: AI chatbots and custom AI agents, CRM data sync and migration tools, Internal dashboards and automation utilities • Implement automations using Make.com, n8n, or Zapier • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the chosen tech stack • Ask clarifying questions early to avoid misalignment • Provide structured updates and communicate blockers quickly
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional coding experience • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to translate technical explanations for non-technical founders • Experience with Make, n8n, or Zapier • Ownership mindset and ability to work independently • Strong front-end and back-end development experience • Proficiency with no-code automation tools, such as Make.com, n8n or Zapier • Ability to extend no-code tools with code when limitations arise • Experience building automation workflows, APIs, and custom integrations
