📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and process loan applications from initial submission through to settlement. • Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to obtain, verify, and manage all required documentation. • Accurately input and maintain client records within Infynity CRM and associated platforms (Trello, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp). • Monitor application progress, proactively follow up on outstanding requirements, and ensure compliance with lender policies and guidelines. • Coordinate submissions and manage processes through aggregator platforms, including Finsure. • Identify potential issues early in the application process and take initiative to implement timely solutions. • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mortgage Broker as required. • Prepare and manage compliance documentation, ensuring all files meet regulatory and internal standards. • Follow up with clients to obtain missing documents, signatures, and additional information in a timely manner. • Track critical dates and deadlines to ensure smooth and efficient settlements. • Conduct data entry, valuations, loan processing, credit input, and preliminary credit analysis. • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and financial information at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Loan Processor. • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, work independently, and problem-solve effectively. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational and time-management abilities. • Comfortable using cloud-based systems, CRMs, and digital collaboration tools. • Self-motivated and confident in taking initiative rather than simply following instructions. • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and upskill, particularly in credit analysis. • Strong work ethic with a commitment to going above and beyond to achieve team outcomes.
