📋 Description

• Perform SEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO (training provided). • Format audits and reports according to branded templates. • Maintain CRM systems (HubSpot/GoHighLevel) by updating leads and tracking client status. • Prepare monthly client performance reports and dashboards. • Conduct basic keyword research. • Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a marketing-focused environment. • Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides. • Technically adept, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and tools. • Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Understanding of SEO principles and hands-on SEO experience and context execution experience. • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Perplexity. • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual assets. • Familiarity with LinkedIn, including posting, engagement, and basic content optimization. • Nice-to-have: basic video editing skills.
