📋 Description

• Design and own end-to-end organic search strategies, including site audits, technical architecture roadmaps, keyword gap analyses, and campaign positioning • Direct and execute technical SEO, site structure enhancements, schema markup, and metadata optimization across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, and Wix • Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT and Surfer SEO for content planning and on-page optimization • Structure content for entity-based search and AI-driven discovery engines • Drive local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile management, citation building, and location-specific page structures • Develop national search strategies • Monitor rankings, backlink profiles, and domain authority using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console • Execute ethical, white-hat link building • Deliver actionable, data-led reporting • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to align brand assets with technical SEO and UX best practices • Manage workflows via Asana and Slack

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and executing successful SEO campaigns • Experience ideally within service-based, B2B, local business, or SME niches • Experience with UK/Irish markets is a strong plus • Advanced proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 • Hands-on experience optimizing WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, and Wix • Deep understanding of site architecture, technical indexing, local search signals, and conversion-focused content principles • Active experience using ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, or Claude for keyword research, content briefs, and on-page scaling • Exceptional written and spoken English • Strong project management skills • Ability to work independently during European business hours • Dedicated e-commerce SEO campaign experience is a nice-to-have • Advanced understanding of JSON-LD schema markup, structured data, CRO, and basic UX principles is a nice-to-have • Experience with Irish or UK-based client accounts and local search behaviors is a nice-to-have
