📋 Description

• Create and set up social media accounts across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand identity and business goals • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) to build brand awareness and audience engagement • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, property management, marketing) to gather content and promote listings, events, and updates • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant • Respond to comments, direct messages, and community inquiries promptly and in a brand-aligned tone • Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize content accordingly • Assist in running paid social media campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media (real estate or lifestyle/brand marketing is a bonus) • Good knowledge of social media platforms and content types (like Instagram Reels, Stories, LinkedIn posts) • Strong skills in creating content and writing copy • Familiar with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or similar • Creative with attention to detail and good eye for visuals • Able to work independently and take initiative to move projects forward • Basic knowledge of Melbourne’s real estate market is a plus.
