📋 Description

• Edit two long-form YouTube videos (10+ minutes) per week using voiceovers and gameplay footage • Add engaging text overlays, basic animations, and smooth transitions to enhance viewer retention • Organize and manage large video files and project assets efficiently • Collaborate with client via Discord to receive feedback and align on creative direction • Use Google Drive and Workspace to manage files and maintain version control • Conduct light research on competitors and channel analytics to help improve content performance • Assist with basic scriptwriting and topic research as needed • Maintain consistency with the existing editing style and branding of the client • Proactively suggest and test new editing styles or techniques to improve content quality and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience editing YouTube videos, ideally in the gaming or content creation niche • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other professional video editing tools • Strong editing skills, including cutting gameplay footage, syncing audio, and creating engaging motion graphics and text overlays • Ability to effectively match voiceovers or commentary with gameplay footage • Experience conducting competitor analysis and using YouTube performance data to guide improvements • Passion for gaming and understanding of YouTube gaming culture (preferred but not required)
