📋 Description

• Perform SEO audits using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO (training provided) • Format audits and reports according to branded templates • Maintain CRM systems (HubSpot/GoHighLevel) by updating leads and tracking client status • Prepare monthly client performance reports and dashboards • Conduct basic keyword research • Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant preferably in marketing setting • Excellent skills in Google Workspace applications, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides • Technically adept with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software and tools • Detail-oriented and dependable in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Basic understanding of SEO principles is advantageous • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Perplexity
