📋 Description

• Develop graphic assets for digital and print campaigns (posts, ads, flyers, presentations, and corporate materials); • Adapt layouts and existing assets for different formats and platforms, maintaining quality and consistency; • Create promotional materials for events, sales initiatives, and internal marketing (internal communications) campaigns; • Ensure the correct application of the Bancorbrás Group brand identity across all touchpoints; • Collaborate with the marketing team in developing campaigns and transmedia content (digital, print, and audiovisual); • Provide creative support to internal teams, translating briefs into effective visual solutions; • Explore new design techniques and tools, proposing visual innovations to strengthen the brand experience; • Support motion design and video editing requests as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Marketing, Visual Communication, or related fields; • Proven experience working independently in the creation of digital and print materials; • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); • Experience managing brand identity, applying and maintaining brand guidelines and manuals; • Intermediate level with presentation and prototyping tools (PowerPoint, Figma, Canva); • Desired: Basic knowledge of motion design and video editing.
