• Join our most prestigious and leading Security company as a Installation & Service Engineer. • Respond to both pre-arranged and emergency response calls. • Provide exceptional service and support to ensure the ongoing functionality and reliability of our customers' security systems. • Work in the field combined with excellent problem-solving abilities. • Deliver superior customer service.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Security Service Engineer with various security systems. • Proficiency in servicing and maintaining intruder alarm systems whilst also having some knowledge of broader electronic security systems: CCTV, entry and access control systems and fire alarms. (Experience in the wider product range would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided). • Evidence Problem-Solving: Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues. • Knowledge of regulatory standards. • Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues with security systems, including identifying faults, conducting repairs, and restoring functionality in a timely manner. • Can recommend and implement system upgrades and enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and security in accordance with client requirements. • Monitor alarm signals and alerts from customer sites, investigate any triggered alarms, and take appropriate action to address potential security threats.
