📋 Description
• Lead a designated medical coding team across multiple locations • Assist in achieving business unit goals • Monitor coding quality, productivity, and compliance • Develop staff goals and performance expectations
🎯 Requirements
• 5 years recent/consistent experience in Behavioral Health coding • Must be currently certified through AAPC or Ahima • Previous leadership experience is a plus
