📋 Description
• Answering inbound calls, scheduling, rescheduling and canceling patient appointments • Providing instructions to patients for examinations and procedures • Building and maintaining good rapport with physicians and staff
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge • 1+ years of customer service or related experience in a healthcare setting • Ability to use technology tools to respond to customer inquiries • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
