• Manage open accounts and trending issues • Preparing issues lists • Monitoring denials/appeals • Attending 1:1 conference calls with payers • Attending monthly payer meetings • Training new staff • Completing annual performance reviews • Talent mapping for existing employees
🎯 Requirements
• 5-10 years of leadership experience • Experience in AR follow up for Home Medical Equipment (HME) • Advanced Excel skills • Experience in Brightree system • Experience in AR follow up for Home Infusion Therapy (HIT) and Pharmacy lines of business
