📋 Description

• Leads staff selection and development of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators • Provides direction, expertise, and support for Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators • Assists the Specialty Pharmacy Manager – System Clinics with execution of strategic initiatives • Monitors key performance indicators • Reviews operational, compliance, productivity, and financial reports • Develops task analysis evaluations and reviews expectations with Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators • Maintains deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy accreditation standards and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Registration with Kentucky Board of Pharmacy upon hire date • Must obtain National Pharmacy Certification within 6 months • Two years pharmacy technician experience + leadership experience or 5 years pharmacy technician experience required • Prior experience with third party billing and financial counseling required • Prior experience with Epic EMR preferred • Prior experience with specialty pharmacy accreditation preferred
