• Owner of Workday requests, training, and issue resolution via Cherwell tickets, email, and phone • Ad hoc responsibilities such as report writing, data analysis and clean up, and project support • Advise HRIS Director of common or recurring issues that may require process improvement development • Customer service and training for all Workday users

• Associate Degree • 2 years experience • Additional direct experience above minimum job-related experience listed above may be substituted for degree
