📋 Description

• Develop the corporate design and ensure a consistent brand presence across digital and physical touchpoints • Continuously develop the design system, visual standards, and reusable design elements • Develop key visuals, core formats, and brand-defining design solutions from initial concept through final artwork • Shape the visual brand experience for campaigns, events, digital applications, and key brand projects • Brief external design partners, oversee execution, and ensure a high standard of creative quality • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance design quality, creativity, and scalability • Collaborate closely with Design, Brand Management, Product Marketing, Online Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Event Marketing • Take on a central expert role with significant professional responsibility as a Senior Expert

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in corporate design, brand design, or communication design • Experience in the visual development of brands and in building design systems • Strong conceptual and design skills, combined with high quality standards • Ability to translate brand values, messages, and positioning into compelling visual concepts • Confidence in delivering complex design projects through to final artwork • Experience working with agencies and external design partners • Practical experience using AI and emerging technologies in design and creative processes • Ability to turn new opportunities into concrete standards, processes, and applications • Strong communication skills when presenting ideas, concepts, and design decisions in German and English
