📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Barkera™ is currently looking for Social Media Experts who can moderate our private social groups. • Communicate with the team on overall group status, tech support issues, and collaborate on strategic ways to drive the overall experience to support the company's mission. • Engage with our online communities by maintaining our social media accounts integrity. • Assist the management team in creating guidelines, policies, and strategies to promote a safe online community. • Develop goals both weekly, monthly, and quarterly to present to the management team. • Create and/or promote content to support Barkera's Services including Training Courses, Events, Panels, and Live Discussions. • Ensure posts are relevant to the specific group's objectives. • Closely monitor the group for poor content, scammers, or inappropriate behaviors. • Scrutinize member profiles and welcome new members. • Attend meetings with group leaders and Management. • Create the group(s) personalized online experience as it supports Barkera's Mission. • Assign Tasks to the Group Moderators (Administrator Only). • Censor Content for accuracy following Barkera's Content Curation Policy. • Monitor Group(s) performance against goals, Identity issues report to Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Love for the Pet Industry • Professional and Drama Free social profiles on public platforms • Background in communications/marketing or currently moderating social media groups • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability to participate in management discussions and meetings • Strong computer and research skills • Strong interest in and knowledge of social media • Impeccable oral and written communication skills • Experience with the major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap, Tik Tok and Google+ • Analytic and reporting knowledge is a plus • Experience with Photoshop or other digital image editing programs is a plus • Must exhibit a professional behavior that promotes teamwork, fosters cooperation and enhances productivity in the workplace • Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously • Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization • Must not pose a safety hazard to employees working in the same general area
