📋 Description

• Develop and maintain product strategy, features, and roadmaps • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate mission needs into actionable features • Prioritize backlog based on mission value, risk, and technical readiness • Participate in PI planning and support Agile team execution • Ensure features meet government acceptance criteria and security/compliance requirements • Ensure 508 and Privacy Act compliance for applicable changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field/major OR Three (3) additional years of IT experience without a degree • Five (5) years as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master • At least one (1) year of experience as a Product Manager • Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps • Experience translating stakeholder needs into actionable features • Skill in prioritizing backlogs based on mission value and risk • Experience supporting Agile/SAFe ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning) • Knowledge of federal security, compliance, 508, and Privacy Act requirements • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
