• Own the 0→1 systems behind Base0’s Intelligence Layer • Build knowledge extraction, mapping, and retrieval systems • Experiment with knowledge extraction from conversations • Turn experiments into working systems for user experiences • Create core AI systems for structured knowledge
🎯 Requirements
• Strong Python engineering fundamentals • Deep understanding of retrieval architectures • Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks • Proven ability to build and tune LLM-based agents • Familiarity with prompt engineering and multi-step reasoning • Exposure to fine-tuning or adapter training • Ability to work end-to-end • Comfort operating in open-ended problem spaces
