📋 Description

• Lead the team in agile projects using Scrum or Kanban methodologies • Manage the digital product backlog and prioritize features • Facilitate planning, review, and retrospective meetings with the team • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements • Support the development of products that meet customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business/Requirements Analyst for digital products • Experience leading agile projects and running team ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, and retrospective) in Scrum and/or Kanban • Experience with backlog/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar) • Experience with mobile apps (publishing cycle in the App Store and Google Play) • Experience with B2C products and/or data/content-driven products • Familiarity with discovery, user interviews, and usability testing • Interest or knowledge in clean beauty, cosmetics, health, or sustainability • Certifications (CSPO, PSPO) or related education • Sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams without being a developer.
