📋 Description
• Conduct online aptitude training sessions • Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning and Verbal Ability • Develop lesson plans, practice exercises, quizzes and mock tests • Prepare students for competitive examinations, university admissions and campus placement tests • Explain complex concepts using simple and practical methods • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback • Identify learning gaps and create personalized improvement plans • Stay updated with current aptitude test patterns and examination trends
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, Psychology or a related discipline • Demonstrated expertise in teaching Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability • Minimum 2–5 years of experience delivering aptitude training for competitive exams, university entrance tests or campus recruitment assessments • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Excellent English communication and presentation skills • Patience and adaptability • Time management • Ability to motivate and engage learners
