📋 Description

• Maintain and review bookkeeping records for international clients • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Support month-end and year-end closing processes • Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and variance analysis • Assist with management reporting and MIS packs for clients • Support VAT, tax filings, and compliance work as applicable by jurisdiction • Assist senior team members with financial analysis, forecasting, due diligence, and valuation support work • Collaborate with cross-functional teams serving global clients • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls • Support U.S.-based clients across multiple industries

🎯 Requirements

• ACCA Qualified (Affiliate) • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial reporting • Understanding of accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar preferred) • Good working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic financial analysis • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Comfortable working hours in line with U.S. time zones, including Eastern and Central/Mid-West • Flexible working hours to meet global client needs
