📋 Description

• Support the training and development of the sales team • Contribute to the introduction of new technologies • Support the market positioning of new products • Work closely with the market to identify growth opportunities • Transform market intelligence into actions that drive sustainable business growth • Manage relationships with agricultural consultants, researchers, product influencers, and other agricultural stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering or a related field • Extensive experience and knowledge of soybean, corn, and cotton production • Experience in the Crop Protection and Seeds segments • Experience in agribusiness is mandatory, in areas such as sales, customer technical support, marketing, or product and market research and development • Experience engaging with influencers in the agricultural sector, including researchers, consultants, and product recommenders • Familiarity with the strategic positioning of products in the agricultural market • Willingness and availability to travel frequently within the assigned region • Knowledge of the Luis Eduardo Magalhães, Bahia region and its key market players and dynamics is a plus
