📋 Description

• Support the training and development of the sales team • Contribute to the introduction of new technologies and the positioning of new products • Engage closely with the market to identify growth opportunities • Turn market intelligence into actions that drive sustainable business growth • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, researchers, agricultural advisors, and other agricultural stakeholders • Support BASF’s operations in Brazil’s strategic agribusiness region • Work with soybean, corn, and cotton crops across the Crop Protection and Seeds segments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic Engineering • Strong experience and knowledge of soybean, corn, and cotton crops • Experience in the Crop Protection and Seeds segments • Mandatory experience in agribusiness, working in sales, customer technical support, marketing, or product and market research and development • Experience building relationships with agricultural industry influencers, including researchers, consultants, and agricultural advisors • Familiarity with the strategic positioning of products in the agricultural market • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region • Knowledge of the Luís Eduardo Magalhães, Bahia region, its key players, and market dynamics is considered an advantage
