📋 Description

• Overseeing and optimizing supply chain processes • Coordinating logistics and distribution operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse activities • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in supply chain processes • Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate and timely replenishment to meet customer demand • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and transportation partners • Negotiating contracts and managing performance to achieve cost savings and service level targets • Overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping • Leading a team of logistics and warehouse professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies • Analyzing data and providing reports on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Proven experience in developing and implementing logistics strategies and driving process improvements • In-depth knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management best practices • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with supply chain management software • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
