🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant time spent delivering machine learning or generative AI systems in production • Proficiency in Python and Java, or similar languages • Experience designing and scaling APIs and data pipelines in distributed or cloud-native environments • Experience with both batch and real-time data processing frameworks such as Kafka, Spark, or Airflow • Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives involving multiple teams or systems • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, impact-focused mindset • Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported
