📋 Description

• Build and lead the security engineering function at Bastion • Oversee security infrastructure and program establishment • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams for regulatory adherence • Shape security culture in a 32-person company • Manage day-to-day IT and endpoint operations until staffed • Formalize security policies and governance rhythms with partners • Drive product security and detection and response across lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in building and leading security engineering functions • Hands-on experience with security infrastructure • Experience working with regulatory and compliance teams • Experience with product security and detection and response • Knowledge of how to prioritize work and set high standards • Comfort in writing code and policies that satisfy auditors
