📋 Description

• Deliver impactful product and clinical training to healthcare professionals • Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic territory plans • Promote the clinical value of Baxter's portfolio • Build strong, long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders • Support tender processes end-to-end • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other internal stakeholders • Leverage CRM tools to effectively plan, track, and optimize business activities • Identify opportunities across the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical or healthcare-related educational background • Experience working within or closely with hospital environments • Fluent Italian and English • Willingness to travel extensively across Italy • Strong presentation and training capabilities • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • Digital mindset and confidence using CRM systems and technology • Genuine passion for improving patient care and supporting healthcare professionals.
