📋 Description

• End-to-end responsibility as Process Owner for liquidity planning, liquidity management, and cashflow analysis • Active management and further development of processes, methods, and tools in the areas of liquidity, cashflow, and balance sheet • Preparation and commentary of detailed analyses of liquidity, cashflow, working capital, and balance sheet at both legal-entity and segment levels • Driver-based planning and forecasting of cashflow and balance sheet, including variance analyses (actual vs. plan/forecast) • Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including the operational determination and validation of balance-relevant data • Active participation in group-wide projects to optimize finance processes, systems, and reporting structures • Close collaboration with internal and central units: Accounting, Controlling, and Treasury

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Controlling, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in an accounting, controlling, or finance environment • Strong expertise in liquidity planning, cashflow analysis, preparation of cashflow statements, and working capital management • Deep understanding of the relationships between P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow and their reconciliation into planning and reporting • Experience with driver-based balance sheet and cashflow planning • Good knowledge of accounting under HGB and IFRS, particularly IFRS 9 and IFRS 16 • Strong affinity for data processing and data structures, especially experience with ERP systems and reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI) • Excellent spoken and written German and English
