• Drive the technical strategy and development of the Mobile POS App • Work closely with the backend team to integrate with new Java-based microservices architecture • Implement and manage integrations with Smart POS payment terminals, receipt printers, and barcode scanners • Develop modules for a POS Sales & Billing, B2B Marketplace, and Inventory Management • Design and implement a robust local storage solution to ensure app functions seamlessly with intermittent connectivity • Establish and enforce best practices and maintain high-quality standards for the mobile codebase • Collaborate with Product Manager and Backend Lead on features and timelines
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in mobile development • Deep expertise in Flutter • Experience with hardware integration (POS terminals, printers) • Native mobile development (Android/iOS) experience is a strong plus • Proactive and self-sufficient • Fluent in Professional English • Spanish is a strong bonus
