📋 Description

• Record and code daily transactions (bank, credit card, payroll, other journals) • Assist with monthly account reconciliations • Prepare and maintain supporting schedules for key balance sheet accounts • Support accounts payable processes • Support accounts receivable processes • Assist with payroll workflows • Maintain organized electronic workpapers and documentation • Help prepare standardized monthly financial reporting packages • Research and resolve basic variances or data issues • Communicate professionally with internal team members and clients • Contribute to process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress with relevant experience) • 2-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a client accounting services environment (internships and part‑time roles acceptable) • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits/credits and the structure of financial statements • Experience with cloud accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar) preferred • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including basic formulas and data organization
