• Provide support to the Client Support Team • Completing insurance applications with customers over the telephone • Producing letters for customers detailing recommendations • Data migration of customer file information for external compliance checks • Contacting insurers to gain underwriting decisions • Providing assistance to customers at the point of claim
🎯 Requirements
• Sensitive and professional telephone manner • High attention to detail • Solid computer skills • Experience in financial services is an advantage but not essential
