📋 Description

• Lead client engagements focused on advanced primary care, onsite clinic optimization, and direct contracting strategies • Conduct health center data analysis, including claims analysis, breakeven modeling, and strategic recommendations • Design and manage end-to-end RFP, including strategy sessions, vendor evaluation, finalist facilitation, BAFO coordination, and contract negotiations • Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps with defined goals tied to utilization, engagement, clinical outcomes, and financial ROI • Oversee vendor accountability, performance guarantees, staffing model audits, and operational effectiveness • Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership • Support implementation and transition processes to ensure seamless clinic go-live and operational stability • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting producer strategy and client solution discussions • Maintain subject matter expertise in advanced primary care, occupational medicine integration, and employer-sponsored care models.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, employer health strategy, or benefits management • Deep understanding of self-funded health plans, healthcare cost drivers, and ROI modeling • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with defined timelines • Strong executive presence with the ability to lead senior-level discussions and influence decisions • Experience with RFP development, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiation • Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing deliverables • Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and healthcare program development • Flexible, solutions-oriented professional comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
