📋 Description

• Use proprietary financial analytic tools as well as excel to dive deeply into client pharmacy spend and underlying drivers of cost • Assist with the development of methodologies, analytics, and outcomes assessments using output from our PharmaLogicTM system • Manage all financial aspects of the internal RFP/procurement and market-check process for Brown & Brown clients • Actively assist and support PBM contract reviews and PBM contract negotiations • Assist with client presentations and reporting, including the evaluation of client utilization, trends and key findings within the pharmacy benefit • Manage, mentor and train a team of financial analysts • Peer review of RFP evaluations • Manage all project timelines within the financial team to ensure timely completion • Work with other internal teams to strategize and improve system and process efficiencies • Assist with the training of all new employees on financial projects and financial evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance and/or similar discipline with analytic base • 2-4 years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit analytic consulting • Strong experience in MS Office and/or MS Excel • Knowledge of both Pharmacy and Medical data • Experience with Tableau or a similar business intelligence package • Experience in MS access or understanding of relational databases
