📋 Description

• Identifies, prioritizes, and ensures delivery of key internal projects in collaboration with project stakeholders • Leverages extensive project management experience and deep understanding of project management principles and tools • Demonstrates strong process improvement skills, proficiency with project management tools and a solid understanding of digital workflows • Engages cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and integration, effective communication and delivers on project goals • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Track progress and adjust plans as needed • Serve as the primary point of contact for projects during implementation • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders • Lead cross-functional teams including technical, operational, and client-facing staff • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve conflicts • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies • Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions during implementation • Maintain accurate project documentation • Provide detailed reports for internal stakeholders and leadership • Ensure smooth handoff to leadership, support or account management teams post-implementation

🎯 Requirements

• deep expertise and experience with project management fundamentals • significant experience leading large scale projects • Experience managing projects in internal or operational settings • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) • Bachelor's degree in business, or related field • Certifications like PMP, CAPM, or PMI are preferred
