• Focus on real estate matters affecting cities, counties, special districts, and other public agencies • Advise public entities on property transactions, development projects, land use, leasing, acquisitions, and related real estate issues
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years of real estate, municipal, or land use law experience • Strong interest in public sector work • Experience advising public entities on property transactions, development projects, land use, leasing, acquisitions, and related real estate issues • Background in transactions such as acquisitions, sales, leases, and development agreements • Familiarity with land use, zoning, and CEQA/NEPA compliance • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to work closely with public officials and staff • Licensed to practice in California
