📋 Description
• Assist clients with municipal finance matters including service as bond, underwriters and disclosure counsel • Work on the issuance of revenue, general obligation, refinancing, and other bond and municipal financing matters • Handle related tax matters
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience assisting clients with municipal finance matters • Strong transactional background • Excellent writing ability • Experience working on complex, multi-party transactions • Experience or commitment to public finance • Experience with Proposition 218 is preferred, but not required.
