📋 Description

• Prospect, pitch, and close a high volume of influencer marketing deals • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, talent managers, and brand partners • Negotiate deal terms to maximize ROI and ensure campaign success • Track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging influencer talent

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and converting leads • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills • Understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized • Discretion, professionalism, and a sensitive approach to all communications • Ability to work augmented hours if post deployment requires (e.g. posts may be required at 6pm ET)
