📋 Description

• Establish and maintain good working relationships throughout the corporation to support department, division and BCBST corporate goals and objectives • Work with team leaders to organize and execute multiple projects in an accurate and timely manner • Under supervision, gain business domain knowledge and adjust communication style to relate results to various types of business owners across the company • Under supervision, develop metrics, execute research designs and reports using business rules and requirements provided by business owners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) OR Master's Degree with no work experience • 2 years - Experience in analytics, reporting and data utilizing industry-standard tools • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Strong analytical skills with understanding of basic statistics and algebra required.

• Sponsorship is not available for this role. • This role supports Eastern time core business hours (8am-5pm). • This is a fully remote, work-from-home position; however, the final round of interviews will take place on-site at our Chattanooga, TN Headquarters. • BCBST hires employees for remote positions from across the U.S. with the exception of the following states: California, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and New York.
