📋 Description
• Support utilization management functions for complex and non-routine cases • Liaise between members, providers, and internal/external customers • Oversee complex cases to ensure effective interventions and efficiency in benefits utilization • Perform essential case management activities: assessment, planning, implementation, coordinating, monitoring, outcomes, and evaluation
🎯 Requirements
• RN with active license in Tennessee or participating Nurse Licensure Compact state • 5 years experience in the health care industry • 3 years clinical experience required • Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential preferred or must obtain within 2 years of hire • Basic Microsoft Office and Email skills
