📋 Description
• Support Record-to-Report activities including journal processing, ledger maintenance, and financial data validation • Support balance sheet integrity through regular review and reconciliation of accounts • Support statutory and management reporting processes • Monitor and follow up open balance sheet items in a timely manner • Support intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes across entities • Collaborate with Shared Service teams to ensure consistent accounting practices • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) • Understanding of IFRS and/or local GAAP principles • Experience working within multinational or Shared Service environments • Experience with ERP financial systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good Excel skills • Experience within service-based, travel, or events industries is advantageous
