📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Director, Global Brand Marketing to develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for the NORAM region, aligning with the global marketing goals and objectives and focusing on The Collective • Plan, execute, and optimize regional marketing efforts, including digital, social media, PR, content marketing, and communications to drive engagement and lead generation • Develop compelling and relevant marketing content tailored to the varied audiences within NORAM, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more • Monitor and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing tactics and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement • Keep a regional pulse on the industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within meetings and events, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives • Work closely with other members of the global marketing team, sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or related field • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems • Willingness to travel as required
