📋 Description

• Prepare and post general ledger journals according to accounting policies and reporting requirements • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of general ledger balances for assigned entities • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations • Support month-end and year-end close activities within global reporting deadlines • Manage accruals, prepayments, and other period-end adjustments • Review and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and unusual ledger movements • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, Operational Finance, and Shared Services teams • Support preparation of financial statements and management reports • Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders and provide audit documentation and analysis • Execute ledger maintenance, account analysis, and financial data validation • Support statutory and management reporting requirements • Monitor and resolve open balance sheet items • Identify process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness • Maintain a robust internal control environment and support standardization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline • CA Inter preferred • Strong understanding of IFRS and/or local GAAP • Experience working within multinational organizations or Shared Services environments • Experience with ERP financial systems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience with Indian accounting requirements, including GST, TDS, and FLA filings • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly the FI/CO modules • High level of attention to detail • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with global stakeholders • Service-based, travel, or events industry experience is advantageous
