📋 Description

• Fulfill incoming travel requests/inquiries accurately and efficiently via Sabre Gds • Have the ability to assist with group bookings, air/hotels, etc • Be able to work well and remain calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail • Anticipate and provide proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the client • Understand and accurately support Production with crew and talent movements • Be able to manage location and large group movements • Confidently manage multiple complex itineraries • Willingly aid team members within and across teams • Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travellers • Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules • Maintain current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported • Provide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Adhere to client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to maintain quality control

🎯 Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Knowledge of travel industry system GDS Sabre and GDS Amadeus • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to work flexible hours • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgement • Demonstrated professional customer service skills
