âą Troubleshoot hardware, software, and other IT solutions âą Provide assistance to other technical teams and follow security best practices âą Design, develop, and/or update and implement team standards, processes, and documentation âą Monitor, correct, and report observed infractions of security policies and procedures

âą Prior Technical Experience in a 24 x 7 IT Environment âą Excellent Knowledge of IT systems âą Exceptional Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills âą Ability to develop, interpret, and follow written IT Policies and Procedures âą Experienced with Microsoft Business Software Applications and Other Communication tools âą Advanced Project Management Skills
