📋 Description

• Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models • Govern AI systems across their full lifecycle, including intake, risk classification, approval, monitoring, and retirement • Align AI governance with enterprise security and risk frameworks • Embed security, privacy, and ethical requirements into AI governance by design • Oversee AI and security risk identification, assessment, treatment, and acceptance processes • Support internal audit, regulatory inquiries, and assurance activities related to AI and security governance • Support AI governance forums, councils, and risk review boards • Define governance metrics, KPIs, and maturity indicators • Drive continuous improvement of governance practices for emerging AI and security risks • Manage human resources, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, terminating, training, motivating, recognizing achievements, and evaluating performance • Collaborate across business, technology, security, privacy, legal, and compliance functions • Translate risk, regulatory, and ethical requirements into governance structures, decision frameworks, and operating models

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive program governance, risk management, security, privacy, or technology governance experience • Prior experience working across enterprise, cross-functional teams • Hands-on participation in governance, risk, compliance, security, or AI oversight activities • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Risk Management, or equivalent experience • Formal training or demonstrated mastery in governance, risk management, cyber, and AI frameworks • Knowledge of enterprise governance, risk management, and compliance principles • Understanding of AI lifecycle risks, including bias, transparency, explainability, security, and resilience • Expertise in cybersecurity governance frameworks and control models • Familiarity with the regulatory and standards landscape affecting AI and security governance
