📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers based on their travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate with current and new clients and respond to their requests • Work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a travel consultant • Strong expertise in GDS Amadeus • High level of verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English • Additional Nordic languages are a plus • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Openness to working flexible shifts in a 24/7 operation
