📋 Description
• Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and handle incoming requests via phone, email, etc. • Provide active travel consultation, including travel details and up-selling related products • Use the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer • Guide and provide consultation to the customer regarding travel policy • Fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) • Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industries
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Amadeus • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
