📋 Description

• Analyze, design and optimize tailored software architectures for diverse clients and business processes • Develop and evaluate technical concepts, advise clients and align solutions with their needs • Take a leading role in development and coach your team through implementation • Serve as the primary technical point of contact responsible for successful implementation • Ensure the long-term viability of our solutions within the system landscape — from legacy systems to cloud and microservices — leveraging your understanding of IT ecosystems • Provide technical leadership for a team of 5 to 10 colleagues across all areas — from requirements analysis and development through go‑live and DevOps

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in client projects • Proven experience leading teams as a lead developer or technical architect in projects • Experience developing object-oriented software architecture in Java • Good knowledge of standards and methods for software architecture design • University degree in Computer Science or a comparable program with an IT focus • Good German and English language skills
