📋 Description

• Provide commercial analysis behind integration decisions, including customer and account, channel, portfolio, segment and coverage analytics • Build and enhance sales reporting and analytics provided under Transition Service Agreements ahead of TSA exit • Support evaluation and deployment of practices and tools such as instrument replacement targeting, funnel management and sales force standards • Maintain commercial reporting tracking integration milestones, revenue continuity and customer retention • Build and maintain dashboards covering sales performance by country, channel, product and customer segment • Analyze growth, decline and mix changes and identify underlying drivers • Turn findings into clear recommendations and prioritized actions for EMEA teams • Maintain and analyze the instrument installed base • Analyze consumable pull-through against installed instruments and identify performance gaps and growth opportunities • Maintain and enhance pipeline and Win Room data; analyze funnel conversion, stage progression, deal velocity and win rates • Support measurement of forecast accuracy at country and EMEA level • Develop and test predictive models for opportunity scoring, conversion likelihood and demand patterns • Monitor CRM data integrity and work with country teams on improvement plans • Build and maintain repeatable data pipelines and models feeding the EMEA reporting estate • Maintain queries, scripts, models and reporting logic in Git using branching, pull requests and peer review • Replace manual analysis steps with repeatable processes • Maintain documentation of data sources, logic and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field; Master's a plus • 2+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, data analytics or a comparable analytical role • Strong graduates with relevant placement or internship experience will be considered • Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences is advantageous • Working knowledge of Power BI data modelling and report building • Advanced MS Excel, including large data sets, lookups, pivot tables and Power Query • Ability to produce clear, executive-ready MS PowerPoint output • Ability to write and optimize SQL queries against relational data sources • Working knowledge of Python for data preparation, analysis and automation • Practical experience with Git version control, including branching, pull requests, code review and repository hygiene • Salesforce reporting, objects and data structures desirable • CPQ systems desirable • Statistical and machine learning methods applied to commercial data desirable • Data warehouse and cloud data platforms desirable • Power BI Service administration, deployment pipelines and row-level security desirable • Clear, concise written and verbal communication • Collaborative, comfortable working with stakeholders across countries and functions • Organized, able to manage multiple tasks and operate in a matrixed EMEA environment • Comfortable working through ambiguity and change • Fluent English required; another European language preferred • Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA
